   I’m still taking , I take one capsule every 2 or 3 days depending on the shifts I’m working or what I am doing. I have been going through a lot and y doctor suggested anti anxiety medication I ordered these. Okay I’m not cured but I am working through stuff at my pace . I found my first week the edge was taken off that tight ringing in my ears was gone and the color was brighter in my vision I could feel “my MINE” feelings and I let myself feel them I’m more in tune I have allowed myself to be as well . More in the moment. I noticed one day I missed the capsule and I was so tight and annoyed I forgot the capsule I will be ordering again to continue treatment ! THANK YOU spore
